Liz Christie is a Registered Psychotherapist, a Certified Play Therapist and an EMDR Certified Therapist. She is the owner of Playful Solutions and has experience helping children, teens and adults heal from trauma. Liz holds professional memberships with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy, EMDRIA and the College of Psychotherapist in Ontario. She is qualified to offer Psychotherapy and EMDR for children and families as well as EMDR to individuals of all ages dealing with emotional challenges and relationship struggles.
