I support children ages 3–11 and their caregivers using Child-Centred Play Therapy, helping kids work through big feelings and challenging experiences through play.
Parenting support is built into every child’s therapy, so caregivers aren’t left guessing or Googling at 2 a.m.
I also offer parenting support on its own.
My work is grounded in hope, real change, and honest conversations. I believe kids are resilient, parents are doing better than they think, and even the hardest seasons can lead to meaningful transformation with the proper support and connection
