Scope of Practice:

I integrate attachment-based approaches, such as Theraplay informed interventions, sandplay, trauma-focused interventions, such as eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), mindfulness interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, narrative, cognitive-behavioural approaches, dialectical behaviour therapy, and others. I also integrate ideas from family systems and polyvagal theory in my work. I utilize many of the same approaches in my work with adolescents, and adults. I also offer supervision to those pursuing registration as a psychologist in Alberta, as well as play therapy certification with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT).
