About me: I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Certified Play Therapist, EMDR Sand-tray Specialist and EMDR Child Specialist with both a bachelor’s honours and a master’s degree in Psychology from Memorial University. I have specialized training and certification in addictions and am also a Naturopath (ND). I enjoy helping and guiding individuals of all ages. I am thankful for the opportunities that I have had to work in a variety of diverse work settings and practice areas which have provided me with a strong appreciation of our own unique paths to healing, health and wellness. When I am not working, I enjoy spending quiet time with family and friends, in nature, and creating.
