Rebecca provides play therapy to children, adolescents and their families experiencing an array of difficulties including: managing disruptive emotions, anxiety, attachment issues, social struggles, self-esteem, trauma, caregiver coaching and support.
Rebecca comes with ample background experience in the children’s mental health field.
Rebecca particularly enjoys blending a combination of play-based CBT, EMDR, and sensory grounding techniques in the play room.
