I am most passionate about working with anxiety-related issues, including panic, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, trauma, and PTSD. I also have experience with ADHD, selective mutism, attachment issues, depression, emotional and behavioural dysregulation, grief and loss, parenting skills, self-esteem, self-harm, body-focused repetitive behaviour’s (hair pulling and skin picking), and navigating separation/divorce concerns.
