I am a Certified Play Therapist through the Canadian Association of Play Therapy. Some of my specializations include: play therapy; sand tray therapy; trauma therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy; and clinical hypnotherapy. I have vast experience working with children and trauma, grief and loss, self-harming behaviors, as well as with individuals with various mental health conditions.
