I am passionate about working with individuals with trauma histories, anxiety, attachment disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), burnout, dissociation, emotion-regulation, human trafficking experiences, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and vicarious trauma.
With over 18 years of experience, I have nurtured my expertise in working with individuals of all ages. Currently, I am only working with adults over the age of 20.
I integrate trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks in my therapeutic approach. And use Play Therapy, Somatic Approaches, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I have further training in Psychedelic Preparation and Integration, , Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP-Level 1), Marschak Interaction Method (MIM), Theraplay, Attachment-Focused Trauma Treatment, and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS-Tier 1).
I am currently accepting play therapy interns seeking supervision.
