I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist, who is honoured to do this fulfilling and important work.

I am a trauma specialist with roots in play and expressive arts therapy. I work from an attachment focused lens, pulling in creative and playful interventions alongside work grounded in trauma theory. I provide general assessment services, consultation to parents, as well as therapy to all ages. I warmly welcome you to my practice and encourage you to reach out with any questions.

In addition to this branch of practice, I have a strong interest and advanced training and experience in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems.
