Scope of Practice:
I am a Registered Psychologist providing assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents, and parents. My practice focuses on supporting children experiencing emotional, behavioral, relational, and trauma-related challenges. I specialize in attachment-focused, developmentally informed, and trauma-sensitive approaches that strengthen parent-child relationships and build emotional regulation skills.
I am certified in Play Therapy and integrate child-centered and directive play-based interventions to help children express, process, and regulate complex emotions. I work with concerns including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, family transitions, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and parent-child conflict.
In addition to direct child therapy, I provide parent consultation and coaching to support caregivers in responding to challenging behaviors with confidence and clarity. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based practice, with an emphasis on emotional safety, relational repair, and practical strategies that families can implement in daily life.
I collaborate with schools, medical providers, and other professionals when appropriate to support coordinated and ethical care.
