I have been a registered practicing social worker for 22 years and have had the opportunity to work with children and families in various capacities. As a case manger, assessor, and counsellor with experience working in government, healthcare, mental health and schools I am passionate about helping with a strengths-based perspective.

I enjoy working with many issues of concern as children grow. These can include assisting parents with problematic behavior, assisting both parents and children to understand the importance of co-regulation and identifying ways that children do so. Divorce and or separation of parents, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, inattention and family transitions are all issues of concern that I can be addressed through play therapy or other modalities.
