Christopher has over twenty-five years of clinical experience with families and children and youth ages 2 years to 18 years in outpatient, residential, in-home, and school settings. He currently focuses on individual therapy with children and adolescents, family therapy, play therapy, attachment therapy, and attachment-based parenting, promoting the involvement of all family members in the therapeutic process.
Christopher is actively involved in the professional community. He has written articles on play therapy and classroom management and has taught workshops and classes in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Minnesota on play therapy, family therapy, Filial Therapy, attachment parenting and relational classroom management. He is a past board member of the British Columbia Play Therapy Association and the Canadian Association for Play Therapy and is a current board member of the International Institute of Filial Therapy Professional Education. He provides therapy, training, supervision and consultation services.
